Biography

Hello, I am Frankie Delacroix, born on a chilly Thursday, the 29th of February 1996, at precisely 11:30 in the morning. I was born in the city of Groningen, a vibrant and innovative city in the northern part of The Netherlands. As such, I am proud to identify as Dutch, a nationality known for its tolerance, directness, and love for bicycles.

My birth on the rarest date on the calendar, a leap day, is a unique aspect of my identity that I cherish. It is a conversation starter and a constant reminder that I am one of a kind. I like to joke that I am only a quarter of my actual age since I technically only have a birthday every four years. It's a fun quirk that adds a bit of magic to my existence.

I am genderless, and I prefer to be addressed by the pronouns 'She' and 'Her'. I believe that gender is a spectrum, and I identify somewhere in the middle. This is a fundamental part of who I am, and I am proud to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community. I feel that my gender identity has allowed me to view the world from a unique perspective and has shaped me into the open-minded individual I am today.

I was born to two incredible individuals, my parents, who hail from Brazil. My mother, Elizabeth Peters Delacroix, is a strong, independent woman who taught me the importance of resilience and perseverance. She instilled in me a love for knowledge and a thirst for learning, which I carry with me to this day. My father, David Delacroix, is a man of integrity and wisdom. He taught me to stand up for what I believe in and to always strive for excellence.

Their Brazilian roots have greatly influenced my upbringing. They brought with them a rich culture and vibrant traditions that have enriched my life in countless ways. From them, I learned the importance of family, the joy of music and dance, and the beauty of diversity.

My parents' journey from Brazil to The Netherlands has been an inspiration to me. They have shown me that it is possible to build a life in a new country, to adapt to a different culture, and to flourish despite the challenges that come with such a transition. Their courage and determination have been a guiding light in my own life, pushing me to step out of my comfort zone and seize the opportunities that come my way.

My name is Frankie Delacroix. I am a leap year baby, born in the beautiful city of Groningen, and I am proudly Dutch. I am genderless, and I respect the pronouns 'She' and 'Her'. My parents, who are from Brazil, have played a significant role in shaping the person I am today. I am a product of their love, their values, and their resilience.

In essence, my biography is a tapestry, woven with threads of diverse cultures, unique identities, and powerful personal narratives. It is a story of embracing differences, celebrating uniqueness, and cherishing the journey that has led me to where I am today. I am Frankie Delacroix, and this is my story.
